Dr. Dominic Obeng Andoh, Chief Executive Officer of the Obenfo Hospital, has said in court today that he is not fit for trial.

This was after the presiding judge, Her Honour Harriet Jane Akweley Quaye put it to the Accused person that medical reports from the Ridge Hospital where he is on admission, states that he is fit to stand trial.
Aside the murder charge against him at the District Court , Dr. Dominic Obeng Andoh is facing charges of ‘operating a medical facility without license’ and ‘practising as a medical doctor without license’ at the Circuit Court.
So far, Dr. Dominic Obeng Andoh has been granted bail at the Circuit Court but denied bail at the High Court with respect to the murder case and he is therefore still on remand at the Ridge Hospital.
The case has been adjourned to 3rd August, 2018.
