Kwabenya Jailbreak: Bread seller was not at the crime scene – 2nd Prosecution witness testifies

The second prosecution witness in the Kwabenya jailbreak incident, Lance Corporal Samira Mohammed, has told an Accra Circuit Court that the 4^th Accused person, Nancy Dentah, was not among the persons she saw at the crime scene.

The 4^th Accused, a bread seller at the Kwabenya police station is allegedly the one some of the Accused person’s bought the loaf of bread from, which was subsequently used to conceal a mobile phone given to the inmates to communicate with their abetters in committing the crime.

The witness revealed this fact during cross examination.

She also said that although the attackers were not masked she could only identify one of the Accused persons.
