Court orders Opuni’s accounts to be defrozen

An Accra High Court order, signed by Her Ladyship Georgina Mensah-Datsa has instructed the Executive Director of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) to defreeze the accounts of Dr. Stephen Kwabena Opuni, the former, CEO of COCOBOD.

This was after Dr. Opuni filed a motion on notice on 13^th April, 2017 to discharge the freezing of his accounts.

There was no opposition to the application.
