Major Mahama’s autopsy report ready

The autopsy report on the Late Major Maxwell Mahama, which was delayed by the pathologist for lack of sufficient information, has been submitted to the court.

The court, presided over by His Worship Ebenezer, has ordered that a certified copy should be given to the Police for submission at the Attorney General’s Department.

The court adjourned the case to 12^th December, 2017, for a state Attorney to appear before it for committal proceedings to commence.

Twenty two suspects, including one female are before the court on charges of abetting murder and murder.
