The Supreme Court has ordered Eugene Baffour Bonney, William Tetteh Tevie,  former board members of the National Communications Authority (NCA) and three others, to file their arguments on why the Attorney General should hand them the list of witness they intend to rely on to prosecute them.

The Court ordered that the arguments be filed within two weeks.

The Supreme Court also ordered the State to file its arguments two weeks upon receiving that of the Applicants.

The order stemmed from a referral of the case to the Supreme Court by the High court after a disagreement between State Prosecutors and Defence lawyers, over the release of the list of witnesses and documents the State intended to rely at the trial.

The former board members, Eugene Baffuor Bonney, the immediate past board chair, former NCA Director General, William Tetteh Tevie and three others are on trial at the High Court for causing financial loss to the State.
